How it works

Intake of Warehouse Parameters

Intake and processing of warehouse parameters (e.g., width of aisles, number of shelves, and types of shelves), operational metrics (e.g., cases dispatched and number of loads received), and KPIs (e.g., dock-to-stock cycle time and lines picked and shipped per hour).

Defining Optimization Requirements

Customers build the layout planogram of their warehouse and set optimization goals for operational metrics and KPIs.

Iterative Data Analysis

Warehouse profile data (parameters and optimization requirements) and all available solutions and their specifications are used to iteratively simulate warehouse operations post-implementation to identify optimal solutions.

Goal Analysis and Validation

Simulated operational metrics and KPIs are compared to the client’s optimization requirements and a final report is generated.

Reporting and Solution Referral

The final report includes a list of optimal solutions, sources for their procurement, and their post-implementation expected impact on operational metrics, KPIs, and ROI.
